Our Overnight Retreat service is a premium 24-hour care package designed to provide your pet with personalized attention, comfort, and companionship from the moment your sitter arrives until the same time the following day. What’s Included: 9 Hours of Overnight Care: Your pet will be in the caring hands of our professional sitter for a full 9 hours overnight. We’ll provide cuddles, playtime, and ensure your pet’s safety and comfort while you’re away, helping them feel at ease and secure. Two Daytime Drop-In Visits: During the day, your sitter will visit your pet twice—once in the morning and again in the afternoon. These visits include feeding, fresh water, bathroom breaks, and interactive play to keep your pet active and engaged. Flexible 24-Hour Care: The 24-hour service starts at the time you request your sitter to arrive at your home and ends at that same time on the following day, ensuring complete care for a full day and night. This schedule provides maximum flexibility, tailored to your needs. Extended Care & Additional Costs: If you need your sitter to stay beyond the 24-hour period, we offer the following extended care options: 1-4 Extra Hours: 50% of the daily charge. 5+ Extra Hours: 100% of the daily charge. This allows you to adjust your plans without worrying about interruptions in your pet's care. Arrival/Departure Times & Service Fees: Normal Rates Apply: Arrival and departure times between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM are covered under our standard rates. Early/After-Hours Service Fee: If you require the sitter to arrive before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM, there will be a $20 service fee.
